You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others. Hate speech, explicit content, spam, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The StayTonight name, logo, and all associated branding are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission. Content you share in voice rooms belongs to you, but you grant us a license to transmit it for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

StayTonight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for free users).

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
